Single Supplier Framework
A Framework Agreement for the Provision of Energy Project Origination and Development Services
Our work to support the decarbonisation of Bristol will mean offering our knowledge and expertise to both private and public sector organisations alike.
In order to help with this, we have developed a Single Supplier Framework which offers the provision of origination and development services for energy projects for all public sector organisations in the South West of England including Bristol, Cornwall, Dorset, Devon, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
Our services include detailed energy audits of buildings or building portfolios, supporting bids for and delivering Low Carbon Skills Funding (LSCF) projects, the feasibility studies required for developing renewable generation assets such as solar PV or wind turbines or other consultancy services to support the decarbonisation of public sector estates.

Accessing the Framework
To access the Framework, please follow the simple five-step process outlined below:
- Identify your Services requirements
- Terms and Conditions can be obtained by completing the NDA (Appendix A) and sending to together with a request for the terms and conditions of the frameworkcityleap.clientfunction@bristol.gov.uk
- Send an Order (Appendix B) to Bristol City Leap info@bristolcityleap.co.uk copying the framework provisor Framework Provider for compliance cityleap.clientfunction@bristol.gov.uk
- Provide Bristol City Council with a duly executed Waiver, emailed to cityleap.clientfunction@bristol.gov.uk (Appendix C)
- Publish the correct contract award notice
